We started our Journey in 2020 and realised there was a lack of selection of charm designs that didn't suit my style (or they were too expensive!). Determined to shake things up, our mission was clear: elevate charm choices without breaking the bank.

When studying at University and Juggling CoolCharmsUK, I knew I needed more Help so enter Tracey. It was not easy Managing Stock, Work, Emails and Studying especially when Moving House every year.

Thankfully customers started to place orders and we kept growing our selection to now over 500+ designs! I was always joyful to see reviews of our designs in use. But having finished university we now have a 2-Desk Office Setup in the loft. I couldn't be more happier!
